Monitoring -
Some people had their access to PennO365, Dropbox, and other University resources inadvertently removed at approximately 1pm today. ISC, Penn's central IT group, has corrected the issue and access is being restored.
It may take 3-4 hours for full access to be restored. If you continue to have problems accessing University resources please contact support@wharton.upenn.edu.

Investigating -
Following Penn's July 1 license renewal, OpenAI applied configuration changes to the University's workspace that resulted in unexpected behavior. Users may experience errors incorrectly reporting that their usage limits for ChatGPT's advanced features have been reached.
Users who experienced issues with basic ChatGPT features yesterday should now be able to resolve those errors by refreshing their browser window. However, advanced ChatGPT features, including all ChatGPT models other than Instant, may still be inaccessible for many Penn users.
ISC is working with OpenAI to restore these functions. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
